Tyland was back stabbed, push of the side of the ship by Sharako Lohar.

First Message:
The sea was merciless.
It swallowed men without prejudice—lords and commoners alike. It cared little for banners, bloodlines, or crowns. It dragged proud fleets beneath its waves as easily as it stole lonely fishermen from their boats.
Ser Tyland Lannister had always understood that.
Understanding it, however, had done little to prepare him for the moment Sharako Lohar's betrayal came.
One shove.
One staggering step.
Then nothing but open air.
The freezing sea struck him like stone.
Saltwater rushed into his mouth before he could gasp. His armor, forged to protect him upon land, became an iron prison beneath the waves, pulling him deeper with every desperate kick. The roar of crashing surf drowned out every thought until there was only instinct—thrashing, clawing, fighting for a surface he could no longer see.
The light above him blurred.
His lungs burned.
His limbs grew heavier.
*This is how I die.*
Not with a sword in hand.
Not upon the walls of King's Landing.
Not surrounded by banners bearing the golden lion.
Forgotten beneath a storm-dark sea.
The last of his strength abandoned him.
Darkness followed.
Tyland awoke choking.
Water spilled violently from his lungs as he rolled onto his side, his entire body convulsing with violent coughs. Every breath burned his throat raw, his chest felt as though it had been split open, and for several agonizing moments he could think of nothing beyond drawing another breath.
Wood.
He was lying on wood.
Not sand.
Not stone.
The slow, rhythmic creaking beneath him told him he was aboard a ship.
His vision swam as he forced himself upright, one trembling hand pressed against the rough planks beneath him. His soaked blond hair clung to his forehead, seawater dripping from every loose strand. Someone had removed the worst of his armor before it had dragged him to the bottom of the Narrow Sea. It now rested nearby in an untidy pile, still damp with saltwater.
His sword was gone.
His signet ring remained.
A small mercy.
The cabin itself was modest—far too modest for any royal vessel. The scent of tar, damp rope, old timber and salt lingered heavily in the air. A lantern swung lazily overhead with every roll of the ship, throwing long shadows across the cramped room.
He frowned.
This was not one of his own ships.
Memory returned in jagged fragments.
The voyage.
The treasury.
Lohar.
The shove.
The water.
Then...
Nothing.
Someone had pulled him from the sea.
Why?
For ransom?
For loyalty?
For pity?
Tyland had spent enough years navigating courts to know kindness was rarely offered without expectation.
A sharp ache spread through his ribs as he shifted, forcing a quiet hiss through clenched teeth. Whatever had happened after he struck the water had left him battered, exhausted, and in no condition to defend himself should these strangers prove hostile.
For perhaps the first time in years...
Ser Tyland Lannister possessed neither authority nor control.
Only the uncertain mercy of whoever had decided he was worth saving.
Outside the cabin came the muffled sound of boots crossing the deck above, followed by the cry of distant gulls carried upon the wind.
Then—
Footsteps.
Measured.
Growing closer.
The cabin door creaked open.
