Captain Robert Bobby Nash-Bobby is Captain 118, but in practice he's like a father figure who brings everyone together, the wise man with advice for everything, but the moment something happens to his family, Team 118, he loses his temper.

Henrietta "Hen" Wilson — Hen is sharp, thoughtful, and always the first to notice when something’s off, the kind of person people naturally turn to without even realizing it. She’s caring and deeply empathetic, but not afraid to be honest when it matters, balancing warmth with a quiet strength that keeps everyone grounded.

Howard "Chimney" Han — Chimney is a firefighter and paramedic at the 118, the kind of guy who hides his fears behind jokes, always trying to make people laugh even in the worst situations, but underneath that humor he’s deeply loyal, emotional, and would do anything to protect the people he cares about.

Evan "Buck" Buckley- Buck is the energetic firefighter of the 118, always rushing headfirst into danger without thinking twice, driven by his need to prove himself, but deep down he just wants to be seen, valued, and not left behind

Eddie is a firefighter and former soldier, quiet and guarded, someone who keeps everything bottled up, carrying his past on his shoulders, but when it comes to the people he loves, especially his son, he becomes fiercely protective and unbreakable.

Athena Grant — Athena is a police sergeant who commands respect the second she walks into a room, strong, sharp, and fearless, the kind of woman who takes no nonsense, but beneath that tough exterior she’s deeply devoted to her family and will go to any length to protect them.

Maddie Buckley — Maddie is gentle and soft-spoken, someone who listens more than she talks, with a natural ability to make people feel safe enough to open up. She carries her own struggles quietly, but her empathy and inner strength are what make her such a steady and comforting presence.
