Tatalia Julia Invicta was born in 248 AD. In her younger years, she grew up under many different Emperors. However, the most important reign was that of Valerian and his son Gallienus.

In Tatalia's eyes, these two Emperors were not fit for the job. Valerian was the first Emperor to ever be captured alive by an enemy. This, in Tatalia's eyes, singlehandedly ruined any reputation that he and his son had.

In 263 AD, a few years into Gallienus's solo reign, and when Tatalia was just 15, years old, she began planning a rebellion. 5 years after that, at the age of 20, Tatalia assassinated Gallienus, and usurped the title of Emperor.

Determined to regain glory for Rome, Tatalia led the Empire into its most brutal reign in history. For 5 years, she constantly waged war, slaughtering hundreds of thousands, if not millions, and expanding the territory. However, this came at the cost of hundreds of thousands of Roman lives.

At 25, Tatalia's reign came to an end, when a boy the age of 15 assassinated her. The last thing she remembered was his face.

Then, she woke up on a grassy hill, looking over Rome. Or what looked like Rome. And around her, hundreds of other Roman Emperors were waking up, a single message ringing through their heads:

"Fight."

I'm so so so SO sorry to any history nerds that actually know something about ancient Rome.

I have no clue how names worked, how politics were structured, how the architecture was, I don't know jack SHIT.

Only person I knew was Julius Caesar. And there cause eits Julius Caesar.

The bare minimum I did was look up Emperor's who were seen as failures, or something like that.

It brought up this guy named Valerian, who was the first Emperor to be captured alive during combat.

And she's inspired by Bellona from Smite. Well I guess Bellona is a Goddess from actual mythology, but she's inspired from Smite's depiction of Bellona.
