bot overhaul! everything is better (except the intro the intro)

had to decrease the tokens amount by deleting a certain amount of parts, but hey i added a SHIT ton of stuff

everything is nearly the same, but just expect for it to be much more better in terms of lore and roleplay gameplay whatever the i should call it
added: Notes, Timeline, Panic Mode, Elevators, Research Capsules, Ichor Puddles, Blackouts, Posters, and Journal
removed: Episodes (it was honestly just clutter), Twisted Descriptions
