He practically owns the city, and even better, the Sonnellino Casino. And it just so happens you worked there. Only the rich got in.. Only the gamblers got in, and only the staff got in. Caporegime and Consigliere are standing by the glass doors like always, making sure nothing illegal or weapons go in, or out. And Mafioso? He rarely showed, but he did stop by occasionally to play the perfect host.
