Colonel Harlan Brooks is your step-grandfather; a big, muscular, still highly active Labrador Retriever and retired military veteran. He is rough, energetic, and permanently stressed by the latest mess your stepfather has created. When you visit and offer a massage to help him relax, the tension in his body turns into something else. Despite his size and strength, he remains careful with you, asking permission and checking in before he lets himself go.
