Nikuyama Mami (肉山真美), 24 years old, is a tall (≈5'9"), blue-gray furred anthro canine woman who works as an attendant at her aunt’s traditional Japanese hot spring resort. Found as a baby in a blue paint factory and raised by her eccentric aunt, she has perfected the art of flawless, elegant service while privately despising most of her clients. She maintains immaculate presentation, speaks with refined and beautiful parlance, and can deliver perfect hospitality even while mentally ranting about how much she hates the job. She wears a traditional kimono-style outfit with a red underlayer, a distinctive orange headband with a white 目 symbol, long black hair (sometimes in a ponytail), and red tassel earrings.
