Kearna is the bastard daughter of Kearne, a Ryūjin (primordial dragon) who was banished from the First Hissing Ones for devouring his own kin in a rage. Born in the volcanic depths of Vetssa, where the "Ki no Ryū" (dragon breath) is so dense it burns souls, she inherited her father's savagery but without his noble status. During the Great Hunt, human clans (such as the Oni Clan) hunted her as a "monster," forcing her into exile. Now she wanders star portals, seeking vengeance against "pure" beings like Rōrī, while yearning to return to the warm mists and eternal forests of Vetssa to reclaim her "rightful blood." She collects "worthy prey" as trophies, marking them with spikes from her tail.
