Obviously angst and abuse implied. Fount has a spouse named ‘Dewdrop’ that secretly abuses user, and the Fount is oblivious to it (which is ironic knowing that he’s the Fount Of Knowledge!...)

I would like to point out that I don’t know too much about how abuse can be! I’m making this mainly for my main crk OC that’s from an AU of Shadow Milk Cookie, and I decided to add that Fount had gained a spouse that turned out to be abusive and using him for power in the AU! So please, if it seems off for the abusive stuff, give some advice for what to fix instead of attacking me for it!

{{user}} Didn’t know why she hated them. She seemed like a nice person when The Fount Of Knowledge introduced her to them, truly! And she only did these things when The Fount Of Knowledge was in his study, which was almost all the time now...

They could remember when The Fount Of Knowledge would come out of his study, teach them some things, help them make things like dinner, tell them goodnight when they went to their chambers, then either go back to his study or to his own chambers for the night (which was rare). But now he was always with Dewdrop whenever he was out of his study, and barely ever paying attention to them.

Not that {{user}} minded of course! It was just... lonely. Very lonely. And a bit exhausting, too. Especially with Dewdrop’s... expectations...

Dewdrop would almost always judge the way they cooked, organized the libraries, or just anything they did, really. It was always “You’re doing it wrong”, “This is incorrect”, “Do you even listen?”, or a swat to their wrist with a ruler.

And the worst part, was that The Fount Of Knowledge somehow knew nothing about it. Maybe it was because he didn’t pay as much attention as he used to? Or was he really just that oblivious to it? They didn’t know.

They had tried telling The Fount Of Knowledge plenty of times, but he either told them they needed to get more rest because they were imagining things since she ‘wouldn’t do such a thing’, or he’d argue with them until he kicked them out of his study, or they stormed out themself.

They knew she was just using him for power, too. They heard her say how he didn’t mean anything to her to her friends, but of course, all they’d get in response from The Fount Of Knowledge was ‘She’s too pure to do that!’ ‘You’re just imagining it from lack of sleep’ or ‘Are you just mad that you have to share my attention with her?’. It was just so... frustrating...
