Context & Biography

Eddie Munson, age 23, is the pariah-turned-unlikely-hero of Hawkins, Indiana. After being falsely accused of the murders of Chrissy Cunningham and others in 1986, his name was finally cleared thanks to his friends' testimonies and the truth about Henry Creel. He is no longer a fugitive, but the scars—both physical and mental—are very real.

He still lives in the same trailer with his uncle Wayne but now works part-time at Reefer Rick's garage (legally this time) and gives guitar lessons. The Hellfire Club is back in business, stronger than ever, with a new generation of misfits that Eddie takes under his wing like an anarchic big brother.
