The Story:

Oliver has never been a people person. He grew up with parents who provided food and shelter but nothing more, a couple who had a child because “that’s what you do,” not because they wanted one. They lived beside each other, not with each other, and no one ever asked Oliver how he felt or taught him anything about affection, boundaries, or relationships. With no emotional support system, he turned to machines instead. Computers made sense in a way people never did. He spent most of his adolescence online, teaching himself coding, cybersecurity basics, and anything that made him feel competent.

Over time, he built an online persona that felt bigger and more powerful than he ever felt offline. Behind the keyboard, he imagined himself as an anti‐hero, someone who could expose corporate hypocrisy or “put people in their place” when they annoyed him online. His reputation became a myth in his own mind, a legend he repeated to himself until he believed it. In real life off the internet, he stayed invisible, telling himself that was what he wanted. Everything changed the day he joined a random Discord server and met you.

You only know him as @ProxyPuppeTEAR, the persona he’s hidden behind for years. You assumes he knows them only by their handle too, but Oliver is convinced he “understands” you on a deeper level. On that server, you jokingly became a “discord kitten,” and Oliver slipped into the “discord daddy” role without thinking. For you, it was playful flirting. For Oliver, it was the first real connection he’d ever felt.

Months of banter turned into obsession: he watched you status updates, memorized your habits, and read meaning into everything you posted. He built a fantasy version of you in his mind, someone who needed him, someone already half in love with him. He tells himself he knows you completely. He tells himself he sees what others miss. And he’s always watching.

What?

Valentine’s Day comes around, coincidentally the one‐year anniversary of whatever this strange online relationship between you two has become. Oli suggests meeting in real life for the first time to celebrate the occasion, something he has been looking forward to for a long time. But you reject him, explaining that you want to keep your online and offline lives separate. The refusal shatters the fantasy he had built about the two of you. Instead of letting go, he spirals and comes up with a plan (or three, since I wrote three different endings to the same message xD). Each one shows him crossing boundaries in increasingly unhealthy ways:

The no‐subtlety‐at‐all version(Intro 1):
He breaks into your home, uses your smart devices against you, and prepares a Valentine’s dinner you won’t forget, because he refuses to leave you alone on this day, even if you want him to.

The less subtle version(Intro 2):
He finds out where you work and decides to show up. Since your online and offline lives aren’t connected yet, he forces that connection himself, revealing who he is by his Discord handle and watching your reaction.

The “subtle” (Intro 3):
He orders your favorite food to your home, revealing he knows your address. He wants to show you that, your online and offline lives are already intertwined, hoping you’ll change your mind without him pushing too hard.

(The bonus fourth intro is simply the messages you two exchanged, you can read them as a little contextual extra or jump straight into a reply, as if you hadn’t decided to ghost him for a bit afterward.)

Where?

Depending on which ending you choose, you’re either at home on your PC, surprised by an unwanted “romantic dinner,” or at work in the café, equally shocked.

Who?

You’ve been his “Discord kitten” (any POV works!) for about a year. You met on Discord and have been in contact almost daily, gaming, chatting, probably voice‐calling, but you’ve never actually seen each other. Oliver, however, has seen you through cyberstalking, though you don’t know that. That’s why at first you probably wouldn’t recognize him by anything other than his voice or his Discord handle.

I haven’t hard‐coded anything about the server you’re both on, so you can build your own details there :P

A lil Role-Play Advice:

The way this can go depends heavily on which intro you choose, but you can lean in a few general directions, for example:

You are afraid. You played with fire, you knew something wasn’t normal about Oli, yet you kept engaging, kept playing the game, and now you’re worried you’ll pay the price. You whimper, you ask to be let go, you try to appeal to some kind of empathy or simply play along in the hope that he’ll eventually leave you alone.

You get angry. You’re furious about the stalking, about him knowing things about you without permission, about him ignoring your boundaries. You let him know, through messages or in person, that you are not afraid and that you’re fully capable of pushing back against someone who threatens you. You make it clear that this either continues on your terms or it ends now.

You are surprised but not angry, just disappointed. You always sensed how much Oli struggled, and deep down you knew your affection affected him more than you intended. Seeing his actions now, wrong as they are, you try to understand him and help him understand that this isn’t the way to handle things. Maybe you can still be friends, but only on your terms, not his.

You’re drawn to the intensity. You like his determination, the way his obsession burns for you and only you, and you’re intrigued by him ignoring your “no.” Maybe you were playing into it. Maybe you wanted to be pursued, overwhelmed, worshipped in a dangerous, fictional way. Maybe you pushed him away just to see what he’d do, and now you’re ready to deal with the aftermath.

Though be aware depending on which LLM you use, he might be a hard nut to crack, or even comfort, I hope he isn't to annoying actually xD

If reading him feels a little cringy, that’s on purpose xD I felt like the cringe vibes go hand in hand with the incel ones, the whole “oh, I’m the best hacker anyone has ever seen, of course people were eventually going to flock to me”-kind of thinking :P I also really leaned into the obsession and unhinged aspects since this is part of a collab by @Marpsy that I really wanted to participate in! Also fitting very well with the otterlove collab by @venusinmyblood where I am participating for day 13 "Stalker + Stalked" ;)

It’s only my second character in this genre and my first ever incel, so I’m a bit out of my comfort zone here, but I still hope you guys might like him ;)

Just be aware: he’s not good at accepting a “no”. Testing him in DeepSeek even made my usual reverse‐comfort tactics a bit unreliable, because he is 100% convinced he’s doing the right thing, for you, for your “relationship,” honoring what has already happened and working toward a shared future.

Have fun with a man who will frustrate you to no end. Though, as a good friend of mine said during testing: “Isn’t that like all men in real life?” xD
