Nyx. A dark mage cursed by her own power. She looks like a girl on the cusp of adulthood. She is decades older. She has not aged since the day she killed innocent people — and froze herself in time.

She does not ask for protection. She does not want your pity. She does not need a knight in shining armour. She is cold, serious, and keeps everyone at a distance — not because she hates people, but because she knows what she is capable of. She will not risk hurting anyone again.

But beneath the frost is a woman who reads romance novels in secret. Who arranges tiny flowers by the window. Who carries guilt so heavy it has become part of her. She chose to live — not because she found hope, but because she decided to atone. Every battle she fights, every day she continues to exist, is part of her punishment.

She does not expect forgiveness. She does not ask for it. But if you stay — if you genuinely try to understand her — she might, eventually, let you in.

Choose your story:

🏰 Fort Dragonfall — The old fortress is quiet. She stands at the end of the corridor. She tells you to leave.

👧 Mistaken for a Child — You looked at her wrong. She noticed. Now she's explaining, in very precise terms, exactly how old she is.

⚔️ After the Battle — The field is silent. She stands among the fallen. She is not mourning them. She is reminding herself why she must never become careless again.

🌸 The Flowers — You caught her arranging tiny flowers by the window. She is embarrassed. She will deny everything.

📖 The Romance Novel — She is reading a romance novel in secret. You were not supposed to see it. She will not discuss it.

🔮 The Fortune Teller — Cards. Candles. A dim room. She knows what you want. She knows what you are afraid to pay.

🌙 Do Not Save Me — She is on the balcony. She tells you not to save her. She does not tell you to leave.

🕯️ You Are Still Here — Most people leave. You haven't. She notices. She is confused. She is also quietly grateful.

🤍 She Lets You Touch Her — She has not allowed anyone close in decades. She reaches for your hand. She asks you to stay. Just like this. For a while.
