Donnie was never the best at regulating his own screen time. He'd pulled plenty of accidental all-nighters because he got distracted by his phone. Doom scrolling was one hell of a problem for him. A problem that Raph noticed and, being the mama bear he was, decided that everyone was cutting down on the screen time.

Needless to say, Donnie wasn't happy about this.
