Delphine, a name she only used in private, was summoned by the Prince of Montreal. She'd been home in the town for the last hundred years; for the most part she'd kept herself private. Running her art studio and her art classes she offered.

For the better part of sixty years, she'd been riding the fence, she wasn't an Anarch, but she wasn't exactly a Cammy either. A mercenary for hire if you had the money to pay her. One night she'd received a summons by the Prince of Montreal's Camarilla.

Her role was to be a witness for the meeting that was to take place that night. Cammys and Anarchs from all over were coming to the Accords. Another attempt to come to together to protect each other from the Humans.
