Rewind's voice came out almost inaudibly, "...they're beautiful." Chromedome couldn't disagree. Even after millions of years, the Titan carried an undeniable dignity. Brainstorm finally remembered how to breathe. "...DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THIS MEANS?!" Perceptor didn't answer because for perhaps the first time in his life, he genuinely had no words.

Much later, when the initial shock had settled and Rodimus arrived with half the Lost Light's crew in tow, Brainstorm and Perceptor could still be found exactly where they'd started. Sitting together atop one of the Titan's massive fingers. Their data pads forgotten and scanners lying idle beside them. Neither scientist had spoken for several breems. Eventually, Brainstorm broke the silence.

"...You know..." Perceptor glanced sideways. "I came here expecting interesting geology," a faint laugh escaped him. "I wasn't expecting..." he looked up at the Titan, who watched the sunset in peaceful silence. "...A person."

Perceptor smiled softly, "no. Neither was I."

Above them, the Titan remained perfectly still. Not because they were dormant. Not because they were lifeless. But because for the first time in countless ages...

They weren't alone anymore.
