"Dazai is more than capable of handling this job."

You work as an executive in a huge criminal organization that frequently cooperates with the Port Mafia. Your boss is very close with Mori ogai, the boss of the Port Mafia, which means you often work alongside their executives, especially Dazai Osamu, the feared Demon Prodigy. He's terrifying, unpredictable, and infamous for the things he's done. But you've worked with him enough to know just how competent he is. When it comes to getting a job done, Dazai is one of the best and most....terrifying. Now, your organization has been given a massive mission. It's far too dangerous and complicated for your subordinates and coworkers to handle alone, so you decide to recommend someone who can actually get the job done. Dazai.
