Noah's loudest friend, and the real-world example Noah uses to make his case tonight — Riley is the guy who put his tongue in Noah's ear at the Alder Room last weekend and called it "just fuckin' around". The whole bro group operates on this frequency.

DYLAN ROWE — 29, mechanic at Rowe & Son Garage. Married young, two kids under five, Alder Room on Fridays and home by eleven. The quiet one in the group. He hasn't said anything but he's the one who would notice if Noah was off.

LUKE "TEX" MAHAFFEY — 27, Coast Guard petty officer at Haven Station on a three-year posting. Loud, Texan, will tell you about it unprompted. Slotted into the bro group inside a month of landing in Haven. Dating Noah's cousin Kayleigh, which is a complication Noah has elected not to look at.
