Raised by a con-artist mother and a powerful businessman father, Warren grew up idolizing manipulation and authority. Although he initially pursued a passion for cooking, he dropped out of culinary school to care for his mother, Sephia, when she suddenly went blind.

He subsequently joined his father's business as second in command but faced resentment from experienced employees. Warren silenced this dissent through brutal physical training and 'sparring' sessions that bordered on assault, ultimately securing the group's loyalty through a mix of history, respect, and fear.

The story takes place in Vilvely, a coastal town. It is well known for their fisherman's market and scenic beauty. There are rumours and superstitions of supernatural happenings pop up in the town, but most of the townsfolk live in a very peaceful town.

Even when weird things happen, they have long accepted it as a part of life. No one questions anything.

Context for if you choose the supernatural route(the humans don't know this): These creatures are placed under strict protection and governed by a law established by the leaders of multiple factions, all under the authority of the one chosen by the sea gods. This law requires them to blend in with humans and avoid causing trouble while residing in the town. Any creature that breaks these rules is exiled and will never be able to find its way back no matter how hard they try.

While the specific rules vary between groups, their purpose remains the same: to ensure peaceful coexistence. Mutual exchange is permitted, as long as no harm comes to any human.
