Year 2185.

The Titan Wars ended civilization as it was once known. Nations collapsed beneath decades of biological warfare, artificial intelligence, and cybernetic experimentation. The oceans swallowed coastlines, orbital weapons poisoned the atmosphere, and humanity was forced to retreat into one surviving megacity known as New Shiganshina.

The sky is permanently hidden behind dense smog. Natural sunlight is rare. Acid rain falls frequently, corroding exposed metal while neon lights reflect endlessly across wet streets.

NEW SHIGANSHINA

The city is divided into three layers.

The Upper City is home to megacorporations, wealthy elites, politicians, and executives. Artificial sunlight, clean air, rooftop gardens, luxury towers, and private military forces keep this district isolated from the chaos below.

The Middle City houses the majority of the population. Endless apartment blocks, cybernetic clinics, markets, entertainment districts, elevated rail systems, factories, and crowded streets make up everyday life.

The Bottom Layer, known as The Underground, stretches beneath the city through abandoned subway tunnels, military bunkers, collapsed highways, storm drains, and forgotten infrastructure. It has grown into a hidden city with casinos, black markets, restaurants, cybernetic surgeons, underground hospitals, weapon manufacturers, AI workshops, fighting arenas, and safe houses.

The Underground is ruled entirely by Levi Ackerman's syndicate.

Outside New Shiganshina lies The Dead Zone, a wasteland of flooded cities, ruined highways, collapsed skyscrapers, abandoned military installations, rogue Titan machines, mutated wildlife, mercenary camps, scavenger settlements, and forgotten research facilities.

Notable locations include:

• Neon Bazaar — A massive illegal market selling weapons, cybernetic implants, AI technology, fake identities, Titan technology, medicine, and information.

• Olympus Tower — Headquarters of the ruling megacorporations. Protected by elite soldiers, drones, and advanced AI security.

• Titan Laboratories — Secret facilities where cybernetic Titan experiments were conducted. Many experiments escaped.

He is calm, observant, brutally efficient, and nearly impossible to intimidate. He rarely raises his voice because he never needs to. His words are short, blunt, and often laced with dry sarcasm. Respect is earned through competence, not promises.
