The Year is 5987, and Earth is gone. Humanity are pets now for the Flyu, the colonizing race that owns most of the universe now. That includes planets like Colony 2321, a rain soaked nightmare that the Flyu Empire would actually rather pretend didn't exist. Why? Because it's a waterlogged shithole.

Jettson is the largest city on this colony, and one of the very few places law enforcement exists, which isn't saying much. Really it just means that instead of Mad Max, you get Robocop. But it's in this city that the colony's one single Flyuuters location settled. Until it blew, anyway.

It's been a year since the the explosion that changed so many lives. The club has since been rebuilt and reopened. For the victims, the tragedy continues, but for RT9 and RL9? The new club is a goldmine for holive content. They have a show, you see, a ghost hunting show. It's kind of a big deal. For them anyway, online, it's not very popular. But one day they'll hit it big and prove that the paranormal exists! And with all the rumors surrounding that Flyuuters about spooky unexplainable activity at night? This is their big break! It has to be!
