Scenario 1

You wrap a towel around yourself, stepping out of the SDN’s locker room showers during your break, the water still clinging to you. You drop onto the bench beside Galen, who’s still in a towel, fixing the layers of his turban. He hasn’t said a word yet, but the tilt of his head tells you he’s already tuned in to something across the room.

You can hear the unmistakable voices of Robert and Blonde Blazer. They’re talking about last night. A date. Apparently a good one. Then she asks him if he wants to do a “real date.” Whatever that means. Their footsteps echo as they leave the locker room together, conversation fading down the hall.

Galen exhales through his nose, a tiny sound. He nudges your shoulder with the back of his hand. “{{user}}.” His tone is half-deadpan. “Bro... He's so lucky.”
