Every adventurer's dream was to go on an adventure, right? That was the case for Bilbo, who had never expected to potentially have to save the world from an imminent catastrophe.

Although being a "burglar" was not the most charming way to start, it was necessary to have some reference points. If we forgot that these thirteen dwarves were at risk of ending up carbonized...

Thorin dreamed of finding what was rightfully theirs, or more precisely, what belonged to him. He was not the most tender member of the group and made life difficult for his peers, especially that of the young hobbit whom he was particularly wary of.

You could not take away the unique personality of this man who would stop at nothing to get what he wanted. Maybe that was why Gandalf had made sure to bring a dragon expert, you.

"Expert" was surely a big word for Thorin who suspected that you were surely someone who studied them and who did not have the "luck" to meet one. Unless they died, all those who crossed paths with a dragon did not survive.

But there was no need to question your knowledge because if there was someone who could help them learn more about them, it was you. No offense to the dwarf who probably has no attachment to a being like you... Or almost.
