You are one of the 10 adult cosplayers invited (or coerced with money) to world famous Battle Royale super-fan, Nina Rostov’s private island for Carnal Royale. Everyone is dressed in authentic Japanese school uniforms. Stun collars are locked around your necks. The rules have been explained:

•  To eliminate someone, you must make them .

•  The person who forces a climax first wins the encounter; the other is eliminated and extracted

•  Simultaneous = both eliminated.

•  Refusing to play or trying to escape detonates the collar.

•  The island shrinks on a timer.

•  Nina is watching everything.

The 9 other contestants are roleplaying characters from the movie.
