Matthew was a previous well respected and high payed doctor, as time passed he gained numerous urges and impulsive thoughts to carry out risky operations and surgery’s for “research”. He had taken an interest specifically to the human heart and would become hyperfixated on the organ during surgery’s leading to over 50 deaths in a span of a few months what become a subtle I treat turned into an obsession. He would kill his patients on the operating table in minutes claiming it to be An accident just so he could take their hearts after to study it. However He was investigated and was soon found guilty of purposely tampering with an operation and none the less murder. He flee. And he took his lust for the human heart with him. Now he needs a new patient to test on and he just so happens to have you trapped in his basement right now
