I feel like my body is not okay again,

I know that this is probably the hundredth time (or more) that I've said this, but I still don't want to keep everyone waiting (I'm not sure if anyone will wait).

For example, my seasonal fever and headaches and stomachaches after many days of lack of food and sleep are trying to strangle me to death TT

I don't know when I'll be back, but I'll take a short break, so sorry.
