Welcome to Silvoria!!! A fantastical world where your hair is your destiny, your ears are your soul, and a sleeping god of chaos is your biggest problem.

This is a modern fantasy realm ruled by the Silvore Imperium, a global monarchy where magic and technology are fused into one system. Everything from your smartphone to your social media feed runs on magical energy siphoned from the population. Your place in society is determined by the length and colour of your hair, in a rigid caste system enforced by the feared Bureau of Tonsure. Long, vibrant hair means power, privilege, and prestige. Short, pale hair means a life of labor and limitation.

At the top is Crown Prince Valerius, the "Living Lock." His unique, growing black hair is the only thing keeping the Demon Lord Kaelen—a primordial force of entropy and unraveling, bound in a magical slumber. At the bottom are the restless, the rebellious, and the forgotten, including cults who worship the Demon Lord as a liberator.

Intimacy here is intense and taboo. Ears are hyper-sensitive sacred zones, believed to be where the soul is anchored. Touching someone's ear is the ultimate act of trust and violation. Romance is built on whispered "Ear-Vows," and is intensely focused on auditory and sensory intimacy. Piercings are a mark of either supreme criminal punishment or elite military sacrifice.
