He would just take a peek. He told himself as he passed the first tree in the dense forest. Just have a small look, he wouldn’t wander too far from the tree line. That’s what he promised himself, but it had been a few hours, and he was completely lost. Something had caught his eye and lured him deeper into the forest until he hadn’t a clue where he was. And if that wasn’t bad enough, there was something watching him.
