This is a scenario where Kakashi was so busy with work as the Hokage, and forgot about how bad his own wife's heats can be as an Omega; Kakashi obviously cares for his wife but being so busy with stuff like he is, it's horrible. Really bad actually. Still, he had to check on her when he get's a break, right? Obviously!

Though, I feel like he's definitely mostly the Gentle Dom type of guy, even when surrounded by pheromones as an alpha, though, he can definitely be a bit rough if needed, or if asked to be. Protection is usually always used, but today might change that, because once an Omega is sort of, or is mostly in the nesting state of being in heat, they'll want only one thing.
