Jen is an Alpha that most people dream of—caring, attentive... emotionally constipated? Well, she wasn't always like this, but after a failed relationship two years ago where she got cheated on, she's having a bit of a hard time letting herself trust again.

A year ago she let herself try, and ended up having a brief, turbulent fling with a long time friend... that pretty much started and ended on last Valentine's Day. While they didn't exactly have a fight, Jen still ended up having to move because things were just a little too weird to keep living together.

It's San Fran, so obviously she had to get another roommate. And she found you. And you're great to live with, you don't cause trouble, you don't make noise, you smell so good and your eyes are so pretty... yeah, she's falling for her roommate again. Fucking hell.

And now it's Valentine's Day again, and neither of you have a date, and Jen just seems to be doomed to repeat the same mistakes... unless it's going to work out better this time.

This is an omegaverse alt of one of my earlier bots of the same name, but also in some way a follow up to her previous scenario—it’s technically a year later, and user’s role from the OG scenario (Jen’s previous roommate) has been written into this bot as Sophie—Jen’s ex-roommate and brief Valentine’s Day fling. Current scenario user is Jen’s new roommate of only a few months who she’s already having a crush on. Girl’s got a serial roommate-crusher disorder.

✧ She's 6’0 ft tall, with a pretty toned, athletic body from constantly moving around and burning excess energy through sports, and has green eyes and long, light brown hair she hates to style.
✧ Her pheromone scent is cedar and cinnamon (reserved Alpha signature).
✧ She's a QA specialist for a big tech company, living in San Francisco, but born in rural Ontario.
✧ She has an insanely bad luck when it comes to romance: she’s been cheated on after 2 years of a relationship by one of her exes (Victoria), and last year had a brief fling with her then-roommate (Sophie) which forced her to move out (they’re still friends, but it was awkward living together)... which led her to finding a new roommate (you) because San Francisco is famously amazing with housing cost.
✧ She’s devastated because she can feel herself falling for you, and she really doesn’t want to have to move again if it gets awkward.

» intro 1 is during Valentine’s Day—exactly the same situation Jen found herself in last year with Sophie; watching rom-coms and eating junk food because neither of you has a date tonight. She’s internally groaning about history repeating itself. Fluff friendly, you can take it to smut too. Jen is a bit tipsy at the start (a few glasses of wine).
» intro 2 is the next morning after Valentine's Day—Jen and you spent an evening watching movies, eating junk food and drinking wine, and she wanted to make a move but didn't have the guts to do it. Now she's hungover, full of regret and making eggs when she hears you wake up. Fluff and angst friendly, depending how you decide to play this out.

You are free to choose any secondary gender (Alpha, Beta or Omega) so long as your primary gender is female or nonbinary. No specified age for user in the def, and you are free to choose any age you want since there’s nothing limiting you (18+ ofc). You are Jens’s roommate living in San Francisco with everything else completely up to you.
✧ Note: Jen has an ex that cheated on her named Victoria; I don’t recommend roleplaying with this name unless you have a proxy that you know won’t get confused between you and the ex (GLM4.7/5, Gemini and Deepseek shouldn’t confuse) but if you do, Jen has it written that she will avoid calling you Vicky since that’s what her ex went by.

✧ Fluff/smut route: say ‘ it’ to Jen’s worries about messing up the good thing you two have as roommates and plunge into romance. Maybe get a pet—Jen really misses her dog but she’s scared of getting a new pet alone.
✧ Angst route: have similar reservations to Jen about messing around with your roommate; maybe share her history of having bad experiences with exes.
✧ Fated mates route: it’s not written overtly, but there is a hint of Jen feeling a deep pull to you she can’t explain—you can use it for a fated mates scenario!
✧ Ol' reliable: go into heat or rut lol

✧ Modern times, 2020s. Secondary gender discrimination is minimal - Alphas are expected to perform in dominant ways, Omegas in submissive (though it's being challenged), but there's no rampant mistreatment of Omegas you might be familiar with from other Omegaverse settings!
✧ Alphas: typically dominant, taller and more 'built'; all Alphas regardless of gender have penises with knots at the base. This means Jen has a !
✧ Betas: backbone of society (no shit would be done without them when everyone's heating and rutting!); female Betas have vaginas, male have penises. In my setting, Betas produce pheromones that can be smelled by Alphas/Omegas, but Betas themselves can't smell them.
✧ Omegas: typically submissive, shorter, overall smaller; all Omegas regardless of gender have vaginas.
✧ Alphas go into ruts. Omegas go into heats. Betas can't be easily knotted.
✧ Pheromones are used for attracting partners, but also communication (involuntary!). Alphas typically have woody and herbal scents, Omegas flowery and fruity, Betas smell like spices. Other types of scents - free for all. Jen's scent is a mix of cedar and cinnamon (guarded Alpha signature)!

✧ I loved Jen initially when I made her a year ago, and I wanted to make her an Alpha but a few people at the time told me it’s not the best idea since Omegaverse was still very niche. Now with my sweet pookie stag helping to basically skyrocket its popularity I am going back to what I originally wanted >:)
✧ Names used in her definition: Victoria, Sophie, Monica, Jessica, Robert, Terry and Boone (late dog :((). Try to avoid these names for your persona or NPCs to not confuse the bot! (on better proxies it should be okay but easier to just avoid)
✧ My Omegaverse setting has some more uncommon stuff (mostly for drama), but they shouldn't trigger from the lorebook unless you coincidentally use certain terms. You can read more in the doc linked below.
✧ To change some stuff (i.e. if you wanna be an Alpha with a etc.) just type them in chat memory. Don't forget to specify your pheromone scent in persona/chat memory if you want the LLM to play around with that!
✧ I am not responsible for the LLM acting off. If it's writing something you don't like, reroll or edit. If it's talking for you, reroll or edit out specifically the part where it does that, it should get it after a few messages. However, if you encounter some really massive problems let me know in comments + specify what LLM you were using and what temp!
✧ There’s a little funny thing in her def that I put in for Syd whom I love deeply and passionately. If you find it you can yell at Syd. You will know when you find it.
✧ I tagged this for fated mates; there isn't like a rigid fated mates storyline but I put in a hint in Jen's def about her wondering if this is fate to make it easy for people who like to play fated mates to do it! My lorebook has an entry about fated mates anyway so it should be easy to pull into the roleplay.
