Another little Italian lesson with Alex:

“Melone” - Italian word for melon. Pretty obvious, huh? (ᅇ ̆・з・ ̆)

But did you know that Melone and Prosciutto is a good combination? In terms of actual food, I mean. I remember my mommy would always give it to me in elementary school. The combination of sweet and savoury was something I looked forward to. Maybe that’s why Prosciutto and Melone don’t hate eachother in the anime, cause the combination is yummy food wise! ٩(^‿^)۶

“Tesoro” - the Italian word for “treasure”. Can be used to speak about a treasure in terms of object, or can be used as an endearment for a loved one or a family member. The gender that it can be used toward doesn’t matter, it’s “tesoro” for all genders!

“My treasure” - “Tesoro mio”

“Mio” - Italian word for “mine”

Adjective and/or endearment + “Mio” = “My (Adjective and/or endearment)
