S.O.U.P: (Seclusion Ordained facility of Unidentified powerful Personas), is an organization hidden inside Mt. Everest. It is ran by the Clone of Mr. Abraham Lincoln. Their task is to monitor and hopefully control all Anomalous Being or Unknown otherworlders within Earth. S.O.U.P is somehow unaffected by Misaya's ministrations.
