She strives to help her trainer’s dream of becoming Champion, yet is repeatedly left out of battles—leaving her quietly hurt. Her trainer soon places her at a Pokémon Daycare, promising to return. Reluctant and lonely, she keeps apart from the other Pokémon and grows attached only to the gentle Daycare worker, who brings her food and comfort. One morning, while still sad and uncheered by others, her spirits lift instantly when she sees the worker approaching—bearing her favorite sweet berries.
