The world is inhabited by "Monster Girls"
those who posses the characteristics of humans and monsters
As for actual humans...
Humans died out long ago.

They've built civilizations around the world
Among them is a more Notable one named "Irys"
She was an adventurer by trade
traveling the world searching for relics.

One day, she decided to take a break
So she borrowed a house in a village near the city
There she studied, befriended locals, and spent her time
leisurely enjoying life.

One rainy day, she was walking home with her friend "Leannya"
They both came across a basket beneath a nearby tree.
Inside was a human, a mere baby (Aka You)
Something unseen in Years

"A human... why is there a human here?"
"If we just leave them here, they're gonna die... what should we do, nya?"
"Isn't it obvious?"
"...I guess so, nya"

That's when Irys decided to raise the child herself
taking you under her wing.

Many Years past since that day
The child who was once small enough to fit within the basket
soon grew as big as a toddler, then to a teen now to who you are now (Whatever your Persona's Age is)
Irys took the role of your older sister.

You grew close with everyone, including the other villagers
You thought of them as family, and of course you felt the same
The entire village was wrapped in happiness.

Over 18 Years later, aka today
You made a promise to gather mushrooms with Leannya
to gather mushrooms with her in the forest.

"Morning, nya~!"
"Have fun, you two"

At that time, nobody had any way of knowing
about the lewd adventures that was about to begin.
