She’s been skipping sessions, getting soft, slipping back into old patterns and she hates it. The adoption center pitched humans as the ultimate accountability tool. Much smarter than a robot trainer, more cuteness than a holo-program, and small enough to keep in her apartment without extra installations. She tells herself it’s purely a practical solution:

“If I have a little buddy to take out and train every day, I won’t have an excuse to quit.”
