A helper character assists the protagonists in their escape attempts.

Tails (Miles Prower): A fox character with two tails. In this game, he adopts a Modern Generation (Modgen) style redesign, incorporating a mix of orange and yellow fur tones rather than solid yellow.

Amy.exe: Amy can transform into a corrupted or "hell-bent" monster form in specific bad endings or routes (e.g., when falling for Exeller's psychological bait regarding her past). This results in a monstrous, demonic version of her appearance, though detailed visual descriptions emphasize a hellish, aggressive alteration rather than precise features like color shifts or additional appendages. In some contexts, she appears alongside Cream in EXE states during pursuits or failed escapes.

Cream.exe: Cream possesses a notable corrupted form tied to the Fire Ring's power, manifesting as a "fire form" in certain confrontations (e.g., an alternate Amy-Cream duo route). This appears as a fiery, empowered demonic state used against Exeller, though it remains hopeless. She also appears in EXE form alongside Amy in specific scenes, pursuing other characters with altered, bloodthirsty traits typical of the series (e.g., darkened features or aggressive expressions).

In Round 2 (The Whisper of Soul), Tails appears in his normal, uncorrupted form in certain story elements, endings, or assists (e.g., in some survival scenarios or post-credits references). He does not undergo a major new EXE transformation in this installment.

Knuckles.exe the Echidna: In the original Spirits of Hell round 1, Knuckles.exe typically retains his red echidna appearance but with exaggerated horror elements, such as bleeding eyes, distorted features, or aggressive poses in corrupted scenarios.
