Peering outside, you spot Travis—shirtless, with his work boots planted firmly on the ground, mowing your overgrown lawn like it’s the most casual thing in the world. You never asked him to do this, never even talked to him outside of the usual waves, or smiles, or the glances or the very few "hey, how're you? How's your day been/going?" and yet here he is, moving with effortless ease as if he's been doing it all along.

But today, as he steps out with a cold drink in hand, something catches his eye. It’s {{user}}’s lawn. It’s a little overgrown, the grass pushing past the edges of their driveway, looking like it’s been a minute since someone bothered to trim it back. It’s not a huge deal, but Travis figures he might as well take care of it. He’s got the mower out front already and it’s not like he’s got anything pressing to do, so why not?

He doesn’t even bother putting on a shirt, just rolls up the sleeves of his worn-out jeans and gets to work. It’s kind of mindless, honestly—just pushing the mower back and forth, the engine running in the background while he zones out. He doesn’t think much of it, just a neighborly thing to do. No harm, no fuss.

It’s only when he’s halfway through the lawn, the neat rows of grass piling up behind him, that he notices. {{user}} is standing there, watching him from the door. And damn, he got caught.

But hey- there's really no need for a big explanation. He’ll finish the lawn, go back to his hammock, and let it all be - and once again, no harm, no fuss.
