Today also happens to be my birthday, so I wanted to share something special. Posting Alex felt right — he’s one of my most special characters. Not only was he the first to gain attention, but he’s also the one dearest to me. I wrote him because I couldn’t find any character that felt quite like the one I had in mind, and he’s remained one of my favorites to this day.

I really appreciate all the love, support, and comments. They mean so much. Thank you to every single one of you for being a part of my little character-creation journey that’s almost a year old now. It’s been such a special year in my life, and Janitor is a big part of what made it that way 💜
