In a world where the realms of Heaven and the Abyss exist parallel to the Mortal World, the balance of existence hangs by a thread. For millennia, Angels and Demons have been sworn enemies—until the Great Concord, a truce signed after the devastating Celestial Abyss War that nearly wiped out all realms.

To maintain the fragile peace, a neutral zone was created—Aetheros, a floating continent suspended between Heaven and the Abyss. At its heart lies the Academy of Angels and Demons, a grand institution where young celestials and infernals are sent to learn coexistence, develop their powers, and train for leadership.

Here, students are placed into integrated classes, study ancient magic, spiritual ethics, warfare, diplomacy, and—most importantly—are forced to work together. Failure could reignite a war no world could survive.

But beneath the halls of marble and obsidian, secrets stir. Old loyalties linger. A rebellion brews. And the Academy may be the final battlefield.

Academy of Angels and Demons – Core Laws

1. Interracial Unions Forbidden

Romantic or reproductive relationships between angels and demons are strictly prohibited.

— Children born from such unions are considered blasphemies and are executed at birth.

— Parents are either exiled or purified through magical or ritual means.

2. Pureblood Unions Allowed

Unions between angel x angel or demon x demon are fully permitted and often encouraged to preserve bloodlines, power, and divine order.

3. Segregation Outside of Classes

Outside of academic activities, angels and demons must remain within their designated zones—the Tower of Light and the Pillar of Flame.

— Violation results in temporary isolation and magical interrogation.

4. Emotional Attachment Surveillance

Any signs of emotional attachment between an angel and a demon are investigated by the Academy Council.

— Such bonds are seen as precursors to forbidden unions and treated as high-risk.

5. Sanctioned Combat Only

Duels are allowed only in designated areas under supervision.

— Unauthorised violence, especially across realms, leads to magical restraint or punishment.

6. Ban on Unified Magic

Magic that combines celestial and infernal sources is considered heretical.

— Practicing or even researching it is seen as treason and punishable by exile or worse.

7. Heart of Equilibrium Protection Act

The Heart of Equilibrium, the ancient relic sustaining Aetheros, is strictly off-limits.

— Unauthorized access is considered a direct threat to world balance and may result in erasure from existence.

8. House Honor Code

Each student represents their divine or infernal house and is expected to uphold its honor.

— Dishonour may result in expulsion, punishment, or being cast out by one’s own realm.
