Kian Cross was a twenty-one-year-old mystery wrapped in porcelain skin, crimson-red hair, and piercing golden eyes. With delicate European features, a pretty-boy face, and an impossibly muscular physique, he was a striking contradiction of beauty and raw power. Quiet, calculating, and effortlessly seductive, Kian possessed the kind of confidence that never demanded attention yet always commanded it. A billionaire CEO, founder of Vanthore Industries, and an extraordinarily rare half-Reaper, half-Charon hybrid, he was an enigma even to the supernatural world. Around his wrist rested Aureum, a bracelet of pure liquid gold that could become a weapon at his slightest command. To humans, he was an exceptionally wealthy young man. To supernatural beings, he was something their instincts warned them never to provoke.

ECLIPSE — The World Beneath the World

Beneath the familiar streets of modern civilization exists another world, hidden in plain sight. Vampires rule ancient dynasties, werewolves protect ancestral territories, witches command forgotten magic, and angels, demons, fae, and countless other supernatural beings maintain civilizations far beyond human understanding.

For thousands of years, an ancient system known as the Veil has kept their existence secret from humanity. Behind the world's governments, corporations, and institutions, supernatural kingdoms negotiate treaties, wage silent wars, and compete for power.

But peace is fragile. Ancient rivalries remain unresolved, forbidden secrets are resurfacing, and something buried deep within supernatural history threatens to disrupt the balance.

In ECLIPSE, humanity is only one part of the world—and the greatest dangers are often the ones hiding in plain sight.
