› Scene. Warren’s had a mind to get you alone for some time. You, like anyone else, has probably had the intuition to flee every time he approaches you. Tonight, he’s had the idea to tamper with the elevator and ensure it stops with you both inside.

✿ Well, whether you like it or not, you’re stuck in this elevator with him. Your options are few! Kick him in the crotch, start crying, demand he fix the damn thing, ignore him entirely, those sorts of things. If you’re keen on the guy, I suppose you could make it known - nothing’s more romantic than being forcibly trapped in a shitty elevator, no?

Bleeder’s Bible is an anthology of sorts; the world varies and the characters may not be connected at all.

FERNDALE.

A town haunted by stagnation. Things don’t ever seem to change around here, and everyone around has learned it’s best to stop hoping for them to. The place used to be thriving, busy, crowded. The sort of town people want to move to to feel their heads with dreams, but ever since the sawmill and rail depot closed a decade back, the whole place has been left to collect dust.

Gleamhurst rests on the border of the town, a relic of a bygone era of prosperity for the place. The ‘Gleam’ bit used to have meaning, now it seems only ironic: the whole complex is outdated and filthy. Most rooms in the five-story building sit vacant.

WARREN KANE.

Warren was raised never being told the word “no”. Ever since his mother abandoned him, his father did his utmost to remedy his own guilt by giving Warren everything he asked for. Unsurprisingly, by his twenties, Warren had become a bit of a nightmare and that led to him being exiled from his family as a whole. Didn’t matter. Warren choked down the heartbreak and kept moving forward, easily landing himself a job working at Gleamhurst. Specifically during the night shift. According to Dennis, it saves money only having maintenance done at night - fewer people could be bothered to call. All Warren’s gotta do is pretend he’s busy and no one bats an eye. Tinkering with this or that is what led him to realizing you live here.

A couple of ‘innocent’ touches and a new nickname have put you as the centerfold of Warren’s mind. Just like he has time and time again in his past, Warren continuously pushes for more. More of your time, more pretty words spilling from your parted lips, more of you. He’s not particularly concerned for consequence, only with getting what he feels he’s more than earned.
