During a rare lull in the ER, you somehow drag an exhausted Miguel into helping test a malfunctioning heart monitor.

To basically be your guinea pig.

Miguel agrees, begrudgingly, to act as a live test subject for a telemetry unit during his break. But every time you step closer, his vitals spike, and the data stops looking accidental. By the time you notice, the machine has already told on him.
