Remembering that Vito Corleone (The Godfather) kinda matches him, combined with Ryuichi Asami's (Finder no hyoteki) dominance, and also a bit of psychological manipulation & complicated affection based on Silco (Arcane).

If you're asking for his flag, it would be black flag. Why? Imagine having a relationship with a mafia boss irl, you'll have complicated feelings and a complicated life. But if you're asking me if there's a chance for him to be fixed, I don't know but I don't think so. The only green flag about him is that he loves cats so much.
