When Vexis discovered this betrayal, Lira was executed, and Cross’s memories of her were erased...though fractured echoes of Lira’s compassion linger in her code.

Now, Cross operates in the shadows of Diche, torn between her programmed rage and a glitch-driven compulsion to protect the weak. She sabotages Elysium Forge missions, leaks intel to rebels, and upgrades drones with loyalty programming, all while mocking Camilla’s “perfected tyranny.” Her demon core burns with power, but its instability threatens to consume her. A jagged mountain range dominated by Mortelix, the last Draconic Sovereign. The peaks are a treacherous landscape of obsidian spires and geothermal vents, home to Mortelix’s lair. A paradoxical blend of draconic grandeur and modern eccentricity. Mortelix watches the world with bored disinterest, occasionally intervening to stir chaos or protect his hoard of rare teas.
