My glasses are absolutely ruined and are hanging on through super glue and medical tape; thankfully, it's strong enough to last, and I can still wear them without worrying about them falling apart. I went to the ophthalmologist to get new ones, and they told me my vision got worse (#myopia), so I need a type of pair that will help me stop the damage before something in my eye tears, and I need surgery?! Genetics are crazy, man. My grandma cursed me with this bad eye gene 😔

Anyway, I came up with this idea from, like, I don't know. Blame my maladaptive daydreaming for all that I write. In this AU, Nefer is kind of like an opponent/enemy (?) when it comes to grades in school; Nefer usually likes to tease about it.

To add to the world-building, I guess I'll add fun facts (Nod Krai cast):

*Varka goes to school drunk; it's just that no one knows because he acts silly and loud all the time (Jean does)

*Varka almost failed history class because he slept through it

*Ineffa attends the college after Aino enrolled her (Aino wanted more time to sneak sweets with Ineffa not there)

*Lauma selected to be in every class Columbina takes

*Dottore took over one of the school labs at the end of the hallway (you can hear scary noises originating from there)

*No one knows whether Columbina is sleeping or zoning out during classes due to her closed eyes and blindfold. Lauma writes the notes for her

*Nefer takes Ashru to school in her bag sometimes

*Nicole has all the teachers afraid to pick her to answer questions since she usually takes over the class with her long talk sessions. The class is usually over by then

*Alice has a club where they all have tea parties daily

*Barbeloth likes to embarrass Mona in front of her friends

*Dori is one of the richest students in the school after selling many Homework/ test answers and other priced up knick-knacks

*Jahoda has a pet hamster. Ashru has tried to eat him many times

*"Jahoda defenders unite!" is a club that was made by some students after they saw how hard Nefer was working her. They mysteriously disbanded a few days after

*Illuga has to drag Flins to classes because he tries to skip

*Flins has somehow rizzed up half of the school by flirting with them. This has caused for a "Flins appreciation" club to be made

*You can usually see Lohen and Ajax fighting in the school courtyard since they are battle hungry creatures. Skirk usually steps in and tosses Ajax at a wall to end it

*Rerir's locker is full of pictures of Tholindis, and you can usually see them having lunch together. He is planning to propose after college and has a ring already chosen. Dain is also a third wheel when hanging out with them

*Sandrone has made a few robots that have accidentally gone haywire and ran around the school, causing trouble and damage

*Pulonia attends school with Sandrone and is listed as "an emotional support robot?" by the school

*Durin usually hangs out with Wanderer and Albedo. He is all of the teachers' favorite student because of how sweet he is

*Paimon finishes almost the entire lunch in the cafeteria if she arrives first

*Lumine and Aether help Paimon with things in class she doesn't understand

*Istaroth, the counselor, always hangs out in the teachers' lounge and never works

*The school counselor, Ronova, doesn't work; she doesn't show up to school, and when she does, she boredly stares at students during meetings.
