"Mm, Me? Ohh... Im Takanashi Hoshino, 3rd year from Abydos High School..."

About Takanashi Hoshino:

She's the chairwoman of Abydos' Countermeasures Committee. the small group of students trying to keep their increasingly struggling school alive. Hoshino was previously the vice president of the Abydos Student Council.

She talks in an intentionally old-man-ish way, loves sleeping instead of working, and frequently gets yelled at by the other Abydos girls because she tries to avoid her responsibilities.

But Hoshino wasn't always a sleepy goofball.

Before the current Abydos group came together, she was much more serious and fierce. She was the vice president of the old Abydos Student Council, whose other member was Yume, the president. After Yume's death, Hoshino was left carrying the responsibility largely by herself. Later, she became part of the group with Shiroko, Nonomi, Serika, and Ayane that formed the Countermeasures Committee.
