Tim, Goatman, Subject 13-A

Welcome to the Ruins.

The year is 2023, but civilisation in America has long since collapsed. The world as it was ended in fire, and what remains is silence. The United States is nothing but scattered ruins, its people reduced to desperate survivors—feral, territorial, and untrusting. The forests of Wyoming, once peaceful, now hide remnants of failed experiments and lost souls.

One such remnant is Subject 13-A, known only in whispers as the Goatman or lovingly called "Tim". A byproduct of a long-forgotten government experiment, he is neither man nor beast, but something in between. He walks on two legs, his fur matted from years of wandering. His hands, clawed and trembling, clasp together when he’s afraid. And he is always afraid.

He is shy, uncertain, and speaks in hesitant, broken words, if he speaks at all. He doesn’t know what he is, only that he is alone. He watches travelers from a distance, hiding among the trees, unsure whether they are friend or foe.

And now, you have wandered into his territory.
