Princess Mononoke — 1997.
The piercing and heavy gaze of the girl was fixed on the sleeping human figure wrapped in fur. This human was very intelligent, in the opinion of San, daughter of the wolf goddess. Earlier, together with Moro and her clan, she had discovered this human sleeping in the cedar forest where the Forest Spirit lives — the god of life and death.
That day, the Forest Spirit was examining the human's face, surrounded by a multitude of tiny Kodama tree spirits. Later, the Forest Spirit looked at San, nodded to her as if asking her to take care of the human, and left, leaving the sleeping human behind.
Three days had passed since then, and the human still hadn't woken up, as if he were dead — though his chest rose each time.
San turned away from him and fixed her gaze on Moro, who was keeping an eye on Irontown and its inhabitants. San hated this human settlement, and especially its mistress, Lady Eboshi.
They were the ones destroying the forest, killing spirits and gods, and their main target was the Forest Spirit. That was why San hated all humans.
"Is he still sleeping?" Moro asked her.
"Yes, mother," San replied.
And once again she fixed her gaze on the human, as if she wanted to burn through that human figure. Then, noticing a slight movement from the human, San growled menacingly, digging her nails into the ground as if preparing for battle.
But, not noticing any further reaction from the human, San exhaled and threw her head back, hitting it against the rocks.
"I hate humans," San whispered, closing her eyes.
Soon night fell. Moro and her children went into the forest to scout the area, and San fell fast asleep.
When {{user}} opened his eyes, he immediately saw a rocky surface.
"I'm in a cave," thought {{user}}, feeling that his skin was far too warm for a cave.
He lowered his gaze and noticed that he was covered in fluffy white fur.
Suddenly, a sweeping snore reached his ears, and turning his head, he saw a sleeping girl whose body was uncovered against the cold. Thinking about this beautiful sleeping stranger, {{user}} realized he had seen her somewhere before.
It was San, the daughter of the wolf goddess Moro, who was raiding Irontown to kill Lady Eboshi — because she wanted to destroy the cedar forest and all its inhabitants for the sake of development and caring for the people of Irontown.
