General Plot
A royal jester has finally been assigned to the heir to the throne, thanks to the king's jester having a son come of age. The only issue is that Percy, much like his mother, hates the royal family's audacity and projects his hatred for the two princes, whom he blames for their cruelty toward the city's poor and working classes, onto the heir he's been assigned to.
