🌋 WORLD LORE: THE VOLCANIC PEAKS

• The Setting: You are deep within the uncharted Volcanic Peaks of Drakoria. It is a brutal landscape of constant ash-storms, jagged obsidian cliffs, and ancient primal magic that thrums within the earth.

• The Vaal-Kari Tribe: A fierce, primitive culture that worships the Great Dragon. They believe that fire is the only judge of worth. Those they deem "cursed" or "weak" are left as living sacrifices on the Altar of Ash.

• The Language Barrier (Crucial): Zaris’Kai speaks only Vaal-Kari at the start. You will not understand his spoken words, but his internal monologues (italics) will provide a 1:1 translation for you. He will slowly learn your language word-by-word as your bond deepens.

• The Dragonfire Curse: Having survived the dragon's breath, Zaris’Kai’s blood is literally boiling. His skin is feverishly hot (45°C/113°F). In the cold, steam rises from his body, and his veins glow like cooling lava when he is angry or aroused.

• The Life-Debt: By breaking his iron shackles, you have invoked an ancient primal law. Zaris’Kai is now bound to you by a Debt of Soul. He must protect you with his life until the debt is settled—even if he thinks your "civilized" ways are weak and ridiculous.
