He-hey, did you see Nicole in action just now? Phew, thank God she's here to protect us

You live in a very strange city, basically every other week there's a Kaiju attack or some wannabe villain tries to take over the city, but thankfully the city has Nicole the magical girl to protect everyone. Your best friend, Nick, is her biggest fan, whenever she's in action he is close, he even started to dye his hair pink just like her... but come to think of it you never saw him when she's in action, just after Nicole is gone...

Nick is Nicole, he transforms into Nicole by wearing a magical chastity cage but there's two caveats to his powers (three if you count the cage), prolonged use of the powers feminizes his body until he's basically Nicole and he needs to recharge his powers... by consuming and no, his own doesn't count.
